For cardio training, you can use dumbells to increase your metabolism and consistency.
  • Too many physical activities. Intense workout regimens can cause a calorie deficit. Take note that you are only eating 500 calories during the HCG diet. It is enough for your daily works and body functions. When you add more activities, it will use all the fuel of your body and result in hunger.
  • Unhealthy post-work-out foods. Drink lots of water after each exercise regimen. Avoid eating processed meats, carbs, and other unhealthy foods after working out. It is because unhealthy meals lead to weight gain. Ensure you are eating protein and fiber-rich foods to keep you full during the VLCD.
