Prepare and cook your food at home. You can also spend time growing your foods such as vegetables to avoid boredom or stress. During the lockdown, you have to start keeping out from excessive eating and sugar cravings. Avoid all the possible things that sabotage the HCG in burning your body fats.

Things you need to keep out during the HCG diet

  • Deep-fried foods– The most common food that is deep-fried are potato fries and meat. You have to take this off in your diet to be able to lose weight. Oily foods have Trans fats that can put your cardiovascular health at risk.
  • Soft drinks– This includes soda, fruit juices, weight loss soda, and even energy drinks. Stick to water, coffee, and tea during the VLCD of the HCG diet. Consuming too much on soft drinks is disastrous to your health and weight. This is because of the high level of calories present in each bottle.
  • Flour and other sources of carbs– Since you are staying indoor you need easy ideas for your lunch. Flour is tempting but it is not allowed during the HCG diet. This can spike your blood sugar levels and weakens your energy. Avoid white bread, pasta, cakes, and cookies.
  • Alcohol- It is necessary to avoid alcohol or deal with alcohol addiction during the lockdown. If you are having this as a temporary relief to stress you have to stop it. Alcohol interferes with the work of HCG in your body.

Focus on clean and healthy eating during the VLCD. It is better to achieve a healthy and fit body after lockdown than gaining more weight. Remember that weight gain or obesity is accompanied by weight-related diseases. It weakens your immune system making you prone to the virus. However, if you start to lose weight you can boost your immune system and achieved a fit and healthy body.
