  2. Eat a medium-sized fruit. Hunger causes a sudden drop in your blood sugar and results in fatigue. To avoid prolonging your hunger symptoms, you can eat an apple or orange. It will provide the exact calorie your body needs to get going. Whatever happens, do not reach for sweet snacks and unhealthy foods. Opt for fresh fruit choices to boost your brain function.
  3. Manage your stress.  One of the typical onsets of hunger is high stress levels. When you are juggling your responsibilities at work, take some time to relax. Clear your mind to relieve the tension and avoid a stress eating session. Take a break and drink lots of water to increase your energy. Focus on breathing and plan your next task.
  4. Drink a cup of coffee or tea. Caffeine can boost your energy and brain focus. Drinking coffee can also increase your energy level without adding calories to your diet. If you are sensitive to caffeine, you can opt to have a cup of tea instead of chugging on energy drinks and soda. Tea can increase your satiety and stave off mid-afternoon hunger.

How to Avoid hunger on the HCG Diet?

Administer your HCG shots every day and avoid missing a dose. The hormone will ensure that you stay full even you are eating fewer calories. You can split the 500 calorie meal into five portions to have something to grab when you get hungry. Get an adequate amount of sleep every night to avoid occurrences of hunger during the day.

What will you do when Hunger Persist?

Take a walk around when you have persistent starvation after you eat. Inform your doctor when the occurrences of hunger continue for a week or two. Allow your medical provider to change the dosage of HCG when the typical amount does not work for you.
