  5. Avoid doing overtime work. Take note that you have enough energy on the second phase o the HCG diet. Taking overtime at work may lead to stress, fatigue, and weakness. Put your health on top of your priorities. Avoid pushing your strength beyond what you can do. Take a rest when you are tired to avoid stress.
