- Regular yogurt. You can have this during the loading phase and after Phase 2 of the HCG diet. Its body promotes fat burning. It has friendly bacteria that can help in lowering the absorption of unhealthy fats.
- Greek yogurt. It increases the levels of your fullness. Make sure to have the unsweetened Greek yogurt or load it in a minimal amount if it has sugar. Plain Greek yogurt has a protein that can help in maintaining muscle and bone health.
- Cottage cheese. You can have at least 200 grams of cottage cheese during the VLCD as a protein substitute when lean meats are not available in the market. It has vitamin B, phosphorus, and calcium. You can add cottage cheese to your vegetable salad.
