Steak and Onions


  • 100 grams of lean beef meat

  • ¼  teaspoon of black pepper
  • One minced garlic clove 
  • ¼ teaspoon of chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of cumin
  • One medium-sized red onion


  • Weigh and cut the raw meat into strips.
  • Use a non-stick skillet in medium heat for three minutes
  • Pour the steak into the skillet and season with the ingredients and spices.
  • Chop the onion into bite-size while the meat is cooking.
  • Turn to low heat and pour the onion into the skillet.
  • Allow to cook and season it with salt and pepper.


Avoid using powdered garlic from the store because it contains starch. Opt for fresh cloves to prevent weight gain. Avoid adding oils or butter into the pan because it does not work well with HCG.
