  • Drink plenty of water

Water also takes off water weights or water retention. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day but do not drink it all at once.

  • Take a walk or a short run

Incorporate a light activity that helps in burning calories. Take a walk or run for 10 to 15 minutes to shake off your body. Walking can increase the rate of digestion. It also improves the circulation of blood and nutrients in your body. Walking or running can improve bone and muscle health. Thus, takes off water weights and other causes of stalls during the VLCD.

  • Eat more fiber

Fiber has a positive effect on your gut. It promotes proper digestion and bowel movement. Fiber is in green and leafy vegetables such as the HCG approved spinach. Increase your meal that contains fiber when you reach a weight-loss stall. Replace the calories of the breadstick with fiber from vegetables or fruits in the meantime. Fiber releases a detoxification effect in your body. It takes off toxins and chemicals that cause your weight loss stall.

You do not have to panic when your weight stalls during menstruation. Weight loss stall or plateau is one of the effects of menstruation. Continue your 500 calorie intake and get back to HCG shots when your period is gone.
