If you embark on the HCG diet, stress is unavoidable. You can see weight loss but there are times that the body gets stressed. Most people see stress the leading cause of unhealthy eating. Stress has its own effect on the body. Stress comes from various sources. You can get stress from the work, family, lack of sleep and your lifestyle. Most of the times people use food to cope up with stress. Stress is also a product of our choices and mistakes.

Sleep—Lack of sleep

Sleeping has a big role in weight loss and health. This is an important aspect of the HCG diet. Sleeping is one way of giving the body to process everything in a calm side. Sleep can restore energy that has been a loss. If you lack sleep your weight loss will slow down its progress. When you feel tired, you respond wrong to the situation in your surroundings. You may end up stress and indulge in stress eating. Lack of sleep is also a cause of stress.

Make sure to have enough time to sleep. If the mind and body are tired you have to take a break. Do not push yourself to do things that are against its will. Prevent having imbalanced hormones by having good sleep. If you have a good sleep you can have a healthy eating decision. Grab at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night. This will greatly help in your weight loss journey.

Stress and lack of sleep are causes of weight gain aside from foods. The challenge is; to fight these two factors. Overcoming these things are great motivation to get the weight loss goal.
