Be watchful of the foods that you eat. Be careful especially in the VLCD. If the VLCD is not done properly it will affect the whole thing in the HCG diet. Build up a calorie requirement strategy a day. You cannot do the 500 calories in Phase 4 because it is harmful. It is because in phase 4 you will not be taking the hormones. Load on more veggies and fruits. Increase the amount of the protein in your serving. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible. You still have to be effective in counting calories. It will aid you in maintaining the success of weight loss.
