False! Getting rid of fruits means you are losing a lot of valuable nutrients that your body needs. The HCG has carefully chosen some fruit choices that do not interfere with the hormone. Myth #3- Skipping your meal can help you lose weight

Myth #5- Slimming and weight loss pills are helpful
